Prints

When ordering prints these are exact replicas of thee originals and have had miner alterations to adapt to the printers ink. High end quality prints is something that we pride ourselves on delivering.

When purchasing a piece of artwork from my website, you are confirming that you have read the description prior to the purchase, please note that image colours can vary depending on your viewing platform. I am happy to send additional images (close ups) and videos prior to the purchase.

Delivery & Dispatch

Please bare in mind that we are UK based company.

Delivery is an additional cost calculated based on location, we also offer international shipping (processing times may be a little longer).

Orders are currently dispatched within 2-3 weeks depending on current demand, the size of the piece and whether or not you have ordered a frame to accompany the piece. 

Once shipped, tracking information is sent via email. 

‘If you would like to receive an estimate for when your order will be sent, have any questions about dispatch times or put in a special request to receive an order by a certain date, please send a message to me on the contact page.’

Returns

If you change your mind about an order within the first 24-48 hours of making a purchase, you can contact me on info@dynottinteriors.co.uk to cancel. After this time period, work will commence on prepping your order for sending.

I don’t accept returns/exchanges for artwork under normal circumstances. However if anything out of the ordinary arises during delivery or if you have any other issues with your order you can email me at: info@dynottinteriors.co.uk

Returns/refunds are only processed upon receiving the returned artwork which will be inspected for damage to the artwork/frame. Damages should be rare as all artwork is packaged with great care to ensure safe transit.                                               

Intellectual property

All intellectual property featured on www.dynottinteriors.co.uk and the associated social media accounts belongs to myself as the owner and artist, this includes the written content, images and photography of my artwork. Using any of my artwork for your own use without my consent is a breach of my intellectual property.

‘Some images have been edited for visual realisation purposes to envisage the artwork in functional settings and interiors’. The images that this statement refer to do not belong to me. All credit of those images go to the original creators. I do not take credit for those images, I only own the image of the artwork itself.
